ANRI SONOHARA

[✿ ✠ ✔ ❡]
Anri is practically one of her closest friends in this place by now. Slowly she's grown closer to the girl over time, especially ever since she asked her to become her roommate after Anri had no roommates left in her original apartment. The girl's attitude very much reminds Ange of the way she herself might have been like if she wouldn't always draw up mental and emotional walls around herself and it causes a strong desire in her to protect Anri. Even if the other girl is a whole lot more powerful than she is, although it's not like Ange knows the full extend of that. At this rate Anri is just one of those people she can't exactly lose, as evidenced by how she broke down at the thought that the girl was actually dead, even when her own physical torture couldn't do that to her. Honestly, Ange will do anything at this point to prevent that outcome, even if she'd have to put her own life on the line for it.

ARCHER

[❢ ✿ ✠ ✔ ❡]
Archer is one of those people who can see right through her act and she hates it and is somewhat grateful for it at the same time. Nonetheless, since they're both snarkers they can converse pretty well and especially since the time Archer promised to help her out with something practically impossible when she needed it the most, Ange trusts the guy and knows she can count on him when she needs it. Besides, he has a few reasonable ideas about this place every now and then to discuss.

CHARLES FEI-ONG

[❢ ✿ ✔ ❡]
Charles is like Ange in a lot of ways - maybe it's why they get along pretty well in their own special way. They're both incredibly dry and say the most ridiculous things with the most serious tone, not to mention neither of them ever drops a joke, no matter how ridiculous or how long it's been. Although their conversations often seem very superficial, Ange's grown closer to him ever since the whole deal where they both got kidnapped by Kite when she couldn't help but feel like she should help him out. And since he helped her in return despite his usual demeanor, she can't help but think of him as a friend in his own right. Even if there's no way she would say it easily out loud.

CIEL

[✿ ✔ ❡ ✠]
Although Ange doesn't seem to realise just how much Ciel has meddled in her life (although mostly for better) behind her back, she's grown close to her even so over time. The nagging is just something she makes fun of and doesn't entirely mind by now, and the fact that Ciel even thought of her while she was taken by Kite means more to her than she dares to say. She knows that Ciel is reliable in quite a lot of ways, and she usually can't help but go to her first if she needs help with anything. Especially since she knows Ciel can understand a thing or two - almost like an older sister in some weird way, really.

CRONA

[❢ ✔ ¿ ❚]
Crona is.. special. Crona sure acts weird, but Ange is used to weird people, so she honestly doesn't really mind that. It's more that she can recognize aspects of herself in Crona - being completely controlled by someone else, even not being allowed to make your own decisions - that she can't help but want to somewhat help Crona overcome them, since nobody at all deserves to live like that. It doesn't necessarily mean they're close or anything, since they're not particularly, but there's maybe a slight measure of caring beyond plain indifference. Even if Crona borders on making her unsure sometimes.

DIVA

[✘ ❇ ➷]
Ange hasn't even spoken or interacted at all with Diva a particular lot in this place. But even so, she's already developed a massive case of butthurt towards the girl. She knows Senji fought her and then killed her, but that's not the reason she is annoyed at Diva - no, it's that Senji told her Diva kissed her. And Ange, already being insecure and awkward enough about this whole love thing to begin with, of course took it personally and got immensely butthurt because of it. It's not like she'll try to do anything against Diva or lash out against her, but there's some definite grudge deep within.

ESTELLISE SIDOS HEURASSEIN

[❢ ✔ ✠]
From the start Ange figured Estelle is one of those "way too good and naive for this world" kind of types. She seems to have a very optimistic and maybe slightly naive view of the world, although she can't exactly blame the girl - she figures it's probably just due to a lack of experience with the way the world works, especially if she's been so sheltered like she was talking about. Which, in turn, is a situation Ange herself has been in too, so she can't help but at least make up for that somehow to the girl. It's already been seen during the event with the nightmares that she doesn't mind helping the girl fight, so what's some extra help on top of that? She's probably going to deny friendship for a long while though purely since she's tsun for it.

GARRY

[❢ ✔]
At first Garry was mostly amusing. It isn't often that she meets people that skittery and so easily influenced by saying ridiculous things in a very deadpan way, so she was just taking advantage of that for some slight entertainment. But once she got to know him more and he actually expressed concern for her after she told him stuff about her life and especially her death, that changed. Ange is so socially awkward and unused to all of this that she doesn't really know how to deal with said concern, but it isn't like it doesn't touch her either way - especially when he expressed it again that time when he found her and the others taken by Kite. In exchange for his concern, she'd like to help him in any way.

GIORNO GIOVANNA

[❢ ✔ ❡ ¿ ⟲ ❚]
Giorno is a very special case. He's so ridiculous with a lineface, which is supposed to be her kind of thing, but then it turns out that he isn't even deadpan about most things but that he's actually taking it seriously. It's one of the few things that actually greatly puzzles Ange, especially since she can't just write him off as some random idiot since he's proven his competence before. But it still doesn't explain one bit why he can totally seriously summon flower petals out of nowhere and not think it's the most ridiculous thing either, so even though she would be willing to listen to his plans, she's still completely unsure what to think of him exactly.

HAJIME HINATA

[❢ ✔ ❡ ❚]
She hasn't talked a whole bunch of times to Hinata yet, but one particular time left a memory - the time when everyone's memories were visible in bubbles around Haven. She happened to run into Hinata's, even though she didn't realise it was his, and felt his sheer panic at having friends die and being unable to do anything about it. Since it was a feeling that's very familiar to her it really resonated with her, and the way he's concerned for his friends is something she feels very deeply too but doesn't dare to show half of the time. Even so, it makes her have a certain respect for the guy.

HIRO KAGEYAMA

[❢ ⟲ ✠ ❚]
It's been a while since they really talked before they did it again recently, but even so, Hiro is someone she doesn't entirely mind talking to. Especially when it's just talking, since despite his quirks he does bring up good stuff from time to time. No, what her problem is with him was the way he tried to drag her into all these social things before - something she's not used to at all and doesn't know how to deal with. Still, there's no way she could bring herself to dislike him for it, especially not since they get along just fine. And since it's been fairly quiet on the Hiro front lately, she doesn't really have any problems with him anymore. Besides, from fighting alongside him she knows he's capable enough.

IZUMO KAMIKI

[✘ ❱ ❚]
Technically she only talked to Izumo once, but that one time was already enough to spawn lasting annoyance towards the other girl. It's mostly since she managed to hit on of Ange's pet peeves, if not the most major one: insulting people she cares about. Sure, it was just Izumo being tsun and all, but Ange didn't really see that far beyond it at that moment. So when Izumo started saying negative things about Shiemi right after the girl left for the first time, Ange got pissed at her and it hasn't really gone away, not even now. It's why she just plainly avoids the girl despite having plenty of mutual acquaintances.

JUNKO ENOSHIMA

[❢ ✘ ❱ ✾ ✹ ✯]
She used to be just completely indifferent towards Junko. Sure, the girl was weird as hell, but Ange thinks she herself is weird as hell as well, so it's not like she could blame her for anything. Calling her "tolerable" might have been a stretch, but she never really minded talking to her either - it was just total indifference. The events during the time they were both captured by Kite though completely changed Ange's opinion of Junko. The girl pushed her multiple times during it when Ange was already in a very emotionally fragile state to begin with and it escalated to a point where Junko threatened to rip out Ange's remaining eye and Ange threatened to kill Junko. Now she absolutely can't stand the girl and thinks she's a potential huge danger.

KIYOMASA SENJI

[❦ ❤ ❡ ✔ ✠]
To put it plainly, Senji is the most important person to her. With her family arriving and leaving here so many times, she's practically given up on her past now and is instead looking towards her future - and that's with him. She's completely smitten with the guy despite being slightly awkward sometimes since she knows next to nothing about the way love and romance is supposed to work, but he is fairly the same so they just go on with it in their own way. He's the only one here with her from Asgard, the place they were before, and it only made them grow closer over time as they kept helping each other out. Senji saved her life multiple times and she in turn helped him calm down or get rest and even got tortured in the same way as he was because of how close they are. For the longest time they kept their relationship a secret because Senji felt too paranoid to make it public, but they're a little more open about it now and aside from the embarassment that generally comes along with it, Ange doesn't really mind talking about it to people anymore. After all, if even Kite knows she loves Senji, then she might as well tell anyone else.

LUNA

[✿ ✔ ❡ ✠]
Even though she found out Luna was a robot, it hasn't changed Ange's opinion of her a bit. After all, Luna acts a lot more human and certainly a lot more nice than most people she's met in her life. Ever since they met, Luna has been nothing but kind to her. She was even the one who helped her out after her eye got ripped out and she was practically bleeding to death. Luna is one of the few people she definitely doesn't mind calling a friend and she would honestly do anything for her in return, from helping her out with simple things to protecting her with her life if she had to, robot or no robot. She's just the kind of person who's incredibly nice to so many people so Ange wishes she at least in turn doesn't have to go through hardship.

MASAOMI KIDA

[❢ ✔ ✘ ⟲]
The "it's complicated" phrase has never fit for any description before better than for this. On the surface, Masaomi reminds Ange a whole lot of Amakusa, including the constant flirting with anything with boobs and the lame jokes. It's no wonder then that Ange has the very same problem with Masaomi as she does with said bodyguard from back home - half of the time she feels incredibly annoyed, but sometimes she also feels a little glad or amused or he suddenly helps her and it's why, despite the annoyance, she can't just completely leave him alone. But their mutual bond with Anri complicates things. It's also why she knows his surface personality isn't everything. Ange knows there's more behind that smile that he doesn't say, but she doesn't bother to ask either. Yet, at least.

MIKASA ACKERMAN

[❢ ✔ ❡ ❚]
Mikasa nags her. I could just leave that description and it would be perfect since it's the very core of their interactions. Sometimes she exchanges ideas about this place with Mikasa too, since she's one of the more reasonable people around, but at other times her weakness gets pointed out by the other girl and if there's anything Ange dislikes, it's publically showing weakness and getting it pointed out. So even though she doesn't mind Mikasa and respects the girl's level-headed attitude a lot, there are still those few awkward moments.

MINATO ARISATO

[❢ ✔ ⟲ ❚]
Maybe it's since every time they talk it's right after or during some event, but Minato has left an impression for sure on her despite that they haven't talked much. To Ange he's some weird kind of guy who insists a little too much on helping strangers. Outwardly she'll say it's a bad thing but on the inside it's a little more conflicting since she's actually vaguely glad that he cares for some reason. But it's the kind of feeling she can't project outwardly well at all, so it'll probably be a while before she truly accepts his offers of help or talks.

NAGITO KOMAEDA

[❢ ❚]
Ange's opinion of Komaeda is not exactly positive, but it's not really negative either. Sometimes he's right at the border of going into an area where he just annoys her, but he never seems to quite pass it - instead he lingers in some area where she feels completely indifferent towards him. Their interactions and her opinion are mostly based on all his little speeches about hope, something that Ange thinks is utterly ridiculous and will only do him no good in the end, while Komaeda seems to think she's the one doing herself no good by being so pessimistic all the time.

RACHEL ALUCARD

[❢ ❚]
The first obvious thing about Rachel is that she completely reminds Ange of the witches from back home. Those overly fancy kind of clothes, being into teatimes and laughing at people.. yeah, she practically fits the description to a T, even to the point where she looks like she's much younger than she probably really is. But even though it's not like Ange really cares about Rachel, it's not like she dislikes her either the way she hates the witches. Maybe it's since for all her talk, Rachel hasn't really done anything really bad just yet and she hasn't made any really bad insults in her direction either.. so honestly, Ange tolerates her fairly well and just deadpans at her.

RINGO OGINOME

[❢ ✔ ☈]
Ringo really is one of the few normal people in Ange's circle of acquaintances. It's pretty obvious in their conversations too since Ange usually only confuses her with how she can talk so calmly about the most ridiculous things, but Ange likes the girl slightly. It's probably because of the time when they both talked about death and realised that they're pretty similar in it - Ange knows she's dead, and Ringo figures she'll probably die back home soon. It built some weird sort of kinship between them and it's why Ange wishes at least for Ringo to have a more or less good stay in Haven since she knows what it's like to have no place to return to.

ROXAS

[❢ ✔ ❡ ❚]
It's yet to be seen what will happen when they actually talk under fairly normal circumstances for once, but for all that it's worth, he did get into Ange's good graces with everything that happened when they were both taken by Kite. Even though she was a complete stranger to him, he still helped her out - a concept completely foreign to her since back home even the people she knew never helped her out. And since it was the first time they met, Ange feels like she's indebted to him. It's not entirely a feeling she likes, but it's why she knows she just has to find a way to pay him back soon. And maybe she wouldn't mind talking a little more, no matter what he might be.

SAYAKA MAIZONO

[❢ ✔ ❚]
Another person she met during that time they all spent captured by Kite. Although their interactions have been a little.. special since Sayaka wasn't able to talk during half of them, Ange was first drawn in by the girl's hopeless feeling that she very much felt too but didn't dare to express, and Sayaka helped her out in turn. She seems like a kind enough girl and almost even seems to radiate that kind of attitude that lifts other people's spirits - either way, it's enough that Ange wouldn't mind talking to her more now she has her voice back.

SHIEMI MORIYAMA

[✿ ✔ ✠ ☈]
Shiemi has left this place and returned before, but nothing has changed in the interactions between the girls. Shiemi is still that adorable and innocent girl she remembers - except that this time she seemed even more determined to become friends with her right from the start, with so much enthusiasm that it even baffles Ange sometime. But even so, she can't really refuse Shiemi anything. It's probably since the girl reminds her so much of Maria with her innocence and her tendency to give names to things that aren't actually sentinent that they get along just fine.

SHIKI RYOUGI

[❢ ✔ ¿ ❚]
They used to be friends back in Asgard - more or less, either way, it was more the kind of thing where neither of them really minded the other's presence so they grew into tolerating each other and being sort of friendly in their own way. But this Shiki doesn't seem to remember Asgard at all, so it's got to be a different version of the girl. It's why even though she doesn't mind the girl, Ange is a little more relunctant in getting close to her since it just feels awkward. So even if she still talks to the girl enough times, she tends to keep her distance a little more again.

SOPHIE

[❢ ✿ ✔]
Sophie practically falls into the same category as Shiemi: a girl who's so set on becoming friends and incredibly innocent towards a lot of ideas - like the idea that some people can just be irredeemably bad. But it's also why she gets along fine with Sophie too. There's a desire to protect her if it's needed exactly because Sophie is so innocent and might therefore be more easily taken advantage of by exactly those bad kinds of people. But for now Ange really can't help but go along with Sophie's whole friendship deal even if she knows most people would say it isn't entirely like her - but she doesn't really care, it often actually feels pretty nice that the girl can bring a smile on her face so easily.

UZUME

[❢ ¿ ❚]
Honestly, half of the time Ange can't believe this guy is for real. Especially ever since she's learned he's actually older than her yet acts like he's younger than half her age. There's so many things he doesn't get, he can't count half of the time, he can't even grasp some really normal concepts.. she can't help but wonder what kind of surroundings he must have grown up in to become this way. Sometimes his childish antics annoy her a bit, but in the end she does put up with it for some reason she doesn't really get either, even if you'd ask her to explain.

YAMAMOTO TAKESHI

[❢ ✿ ✔ ❚]
Bright, that's one way to describe Yamamoto. It's his personality, his wide smile that doesn't seem to fade no matter what.. it completely overwhelms Ange half of the time and often she doesn't even know how to deal with the sheer fact that he's so friendly towards her, just like it's the normal thing to do. Of course it's a fairly normal thing to do, but Ange's so unused to it that it just leaves her baffled and often awkward, grasping for words around him. She tries to keep up the deadpan and act like she doesn't care most of the time, but it's incredibly difficult around him and it would be hard to actually deny their friendship when he's so constantly kind and friendly towards her, no matter the circumstances. It's nice, but at the same time she really doesn't know how to deal with it either.

YUKIKO AMAGI

[❢ ✔ ❚]
For a reasonably normal-seeming person, Yukiko sure is quirky. That much was apparent even from the very first time she met her, especially when she broke out into that gigglefit.. Ange doesn't really mind it though, she mostly takes it with indifference. That being said, she at least knows the girl isn't a bad person - whether it's morality-wise or just being a good person to talk to every now and then.

YURI LOWELL

[❢ ✔ ✘]
If Yuri reminds her of Amakusa, it's at least - thankfully - not in the sexual harassment way. It's more that they seem to share the same shit-eating grin and the habit to tease other people a lot. The teasing actually embarasses and therefore annoys Ange quite a bit, but it's not like she dislikes or even really minds Yuri in the end - with these types she always complains about them into infinity but actually likes their company in some strange way. Besides, despite everything, Yuri seems like a reasonable enough person and is actually concerned about other people too. It's why Ange knows he's a good guy in the end and will even put up with the teasing. As long as it doesn't get too embarassing and she'll start tugging on his hair out of annoyance or something.
