She was the only one who survived the incident and so she was the one who took care of me since my parents were dead. But she pretty much just hated me, so that only made things worse.
I guess she grew bitter from losing her husband and son in the incident. And I was pretty upset about losing my own family too, so I guess that since I was only six and didn't understand, I didn't exactly treat her warmly at the start either.. and it just went downhill from there, to a point where she could only hit me and insult me, even in front of other people. [ her voice does grow softer and softer the more she talks, to a point where it almost trails off. ]
