[ Ange's too lame to actually record a custom voicemail message, but still, feel free to leave a message after the standard message's beep or just normally call her.
Threads for roommates or in-person stuff can also be started here. ]

I.. I don't want to look like something like that to begin with. [ Huff!! If it isn't obvious, Ange's always been sort of a rebel, so she's never really been the dignified rich people's daughter that her aunt who raised her wished she'd be.. besides, being called that would only remind her of Amakusa with his constant "oujo" this, "oujo" that. ] I'd rather just look sixteen then. I'll leave the whole ojou-sama thing to someone else.

it's not like arc's even around enough to be noticeable and no one will ever be as crazy as kohaku, okay.
ciel is not good for rebounds anyway]It's certainly a lot of responsibility, especially if you add unfortunate family circumstances ["and completely irresponsible onii-chans", but she's not that callous so THIS WILL BE LEFT UNSPOKEN] to top it off. Besides, I imagine very few know here, and even less care, right? That should suit you well, Ange-san?

.. Yeah, I don't exactly plan on telling everyone. Not that I'm going to go out of my way to hide it [ or else she wouldn't have brought it up to Ciel now despite trusting her a lot ] so if people ask, then they can know, but..
[ She shrugs, thinking of all the sheer trouble money brought her back home. It isn't good for anything, so why bring it up? ]
I guess I'm fine with just being "Ange" for once. That people can meet me as myself instead of immediately knowing about my status or my family or whatever. That's not weird, is it? [ Ciel-sensei's advice column.. ]

not even Beatoriche can top that srry2say]
It sounds far too reasonable, if I must answer. People will get to know Ange Ushiromiya, deadpan extraordinaire, instead of a seemingly lofty and untouchable figure surrounded by meaningless riches, right? That must be quite liberating, actually, so it's definitely a good feeling to have!
[this round is met with APPROVAL
we good 8|b!]

I'm glad to have your approval. [ And although it's a slight joke - as if she would need Ciel's approval for that to begin with - there's some genuine part about it as well. Ciel definitely seems to have a more adult kind of attitude than she does, so she can't help but almost look up a little to her in that sense.. ]
Besides, the whole "rich girl" type just doesn't suit me. It's as if someone would try to force the bum stereotype on someone like you. Completely unnatural, right?

[ciel onee-san isn't a bully]
Ah...
[:V]
That sounds really strange. Maybe in an alternate universe, Ange-san?
[which we all thank God isn't one we know...???]

Don't put it that way, you'll jinx it. Before you know it they'll bring in weird versions of ourselves from other worlds into this place. Although I'm pretty sure some version of you that's like that existing would be enough to break any world.

[this is... genre savvy, right...]

You're sure? The place I was stuck in before really seemed to like mixing up horrific stuff along with really light-hearted things. It worked well enough to distract most people from the horrific stuff, as sad as it is to have to say that. [ She still doesn't know if there were just that many idiots in Asgard or just a lot of naive people. ]

[a beat.]
But it's never been like this with Haven, at least not how I remember things. Do you recall them differently?
[they really are super qualified...]

Maybe they're just trying harder to keep us from realising what day it is. In Asgard we didn't have calenders either, but at least those themed kind of things told us what time of the year it was supposed to be. Although it was almost like everything seemed to pass twice as fast there.
no subject
Twice as fast? Can you elaborate on that? [it does sound strange ok... what do you mean 2:1 day ratios are a thing too??]
no subject
I don't know.. at this point I honestly don't even think they're always really logical. Maybe they just thought it was hilarious. [ Wouldn't put it past Kite and the gang.. ] But compared to Asgard, this place.. well, it feels like the seasons are passing in a normal way. It doesn't feel like they're much shorter than back home. But in Asgard it was like only a month or maybe a little over that passed before the next season was already there. Like the planet was spinning faster or something.
no subject
--Oh, like that! So a year was like, six months long, instead of twelve? You could feel the seasonal differences, too? [chinhands!] That is unusual. The days passed by normally in Mayfield... Hm, maybe that's just one of Asgard's quirks? It's actually different from the other places that kidnap people, after all.
