It's a good thing that Ange doesn't care enough to call her out on it, although she's more than a little wary.. but then again, she would be wary just seeing Morgan. Especially under these circumstances. How can someone always be so happy, anyway?! ]

[ There's a slightly more uncertain '..?' trailing to the end of it though rather than just a plain period. She's too socially awkward for these pleasantries, what's even happening.. ]

[Thankfully, Morgan doesn't seem to mind that she wasn't very smooth, because in the next moment she's shoving it into Ange's hands. What is it? It's...a rock.

But it's a very sparkly, shiny rock, and smooth as well, and Morgan beams.]

Ange just stares at the rock. At first it's probably half-surprise, half-confusion, because.. well, it's a rock. She's not very socially aware, but she's pretty sure people don't give each other rocks. Usually. So the next is a "what even" look directed at the other girl. ]

You're bringing me rocks?

[ LOOK.. in a moment the sense that someone thought of her might hit her and cause more socially awkward dere, but for now she's just thoroughly confused. What are you, Morgan, part crow? Aren't you Robin's daughter rather than Henry's? ]

It's a sparkly rock! And it's pretty and shiny and smooth! Soooo I thought you might like it!

[ .. that's a good question. What does she like? Security that her friends won't leave her over and over again, how about that.. but it's not like that's something she could ask for even if she'd find the inner strength to voice it. ]

.. there's nothing I like. [ It's not even a full lie.. Ange just plainly stopped caring about most things about giving up on life. It's sort of how it works. ] Who even said that you had to do all of this? Did you turn it into some weird bet with one of your friends?

[ A DISNEY VILLAIN SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT. That's what she views Morgan as right about now.. pretty harmless, but also a danger very specifically to her.. ]

[ For a moment she almost sputters. Because as good as Ange is with retorts and all that, Morgan just hits that exact why spot in her that makes it harder to just quip something back and be done with it. ]

[She just throws that out there nonchalantly, honestly, grinning at Ange cheerfully.]

[ Sure, it would be weird at this point for Morgan to be anything but Morgan. Anything but obnoxiously present wouldn't be very Morgan-y anymore, after all.

But it sure would be a hell of a lot more quiet. ]

[ ANGE WOULD BE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE. Ange would be first in line... then again, she even calls it harassment when people she likes do it, and it's not like she dislikes Morgan per se. It's more just that she doesn't know how to even remotely deal with her. ]

So there's one good thing about this.. ]

Ah, right. I forgot. In this place there's absolutely no one who can keep weird and creepy stalkers away from me. [ SO.. LOV.. INGLY....

[And with that she...waves.....and starts to walk away.

[ She's falling in the exact pitfall she's trying to avoid, it's totally true.

And you know what? She's totally going to throw that rock at something. Or someone. One of her apartment mates better not piss her off in the upcoming time, because Ange's just Incapable of dealing with any part of this, even though she obviously doesn't stop Morgan from leaving. If anything, her leaving is the only part that can make this even slightly easier.
