[ Ange's too lame to actually record a custom voicemail message, but still, feel free to leave a message after the standard message's beep or just normally call her.
Threads for roommates or in-person stuff can also be started here. ]

There's half of her that, in fact, does know what it most likely means. It's why she doesn't even look surprised this time to see Morgan outside of the door when she opens - and Ange's expression is even flatter for it. ]
You again.
[ (The rock is visible though if Morgan will bother to look - apparently Ange put it down on a table rather than actually throwing it somewhere like she had threatened to do.) ]

[She hasn't noticed the rock yet, but she will, and that will seal Ange's fate...though for now she just pulls out a...bowl?
It's cracked, and it's full of dirt, and in the dirt, there is a single, pink flower. Looks like Morgan replanted it before Haven went back to being kaput, oh...]
Here you go! Today's gift!
no subject
[ What is she even going to do, at this rate she'll have a pile of junk since there's a part of her that would feel too bad throwing them out when she actually is really touched by the fact she's getting actual gifts.. she never got gifts before.. ]
What's it supposed to be? [ DON'T YOU HAVE EYES, ANGE. CAN'T YOU SEE... ]
no subject
And...consideringly--]
I never thought about what to do if you didn't know what flowers are... this could be bad!
no subject
Besides, Ange is not that much of a shut-in.. at least.. ]
Aren't those usually gifts between lovers or whatever though?
no subject
But for now, Morgan just hums thoughtfully.]
I guess they could be... but I'm going to be giving them to you as a gift of something living and bright and hopeful! Haven's back to the way it was before, but... this was there, and now it's here, and it's definitely alive!
So that means something, right?
[morgan, that was almost incomprehensible]

Following this logic, you might show up with a baby crocodile for me to raise next time.
[ Don't give her ideas, Ange. You should know how dangerous this is by now, why do you keep walking into the same beartrap over and over!! ]
no subject
[yeah you can't even say you're surprised anymore--
But Morgan wouldn't really bring Ange one to raise.
Probably.]

[ That's even aside from the general discomfort that tiny crocodiles everywhere might bring with them.. random things biting your fingers and toes, gross. But even worse might be Morgan's potential crocodile-farming plans, or.. well, whatever she could do with baby crocodiles. There's too much potential, it's terrible. ]

Maybe a little monstrous, knowing Haven norm, but still pretty adorable!
[Morgan may not be entirely right in the head.
A pause.
...]
Sooooo you're going to take this flower, right?
no subject
It's probably better to not comment on the crocodiles for now, honestly. ]
Well, it's not like you're going to leave if I don't, right? [ Did you surrender to this fate already, Ange. ]
no subject
a grin
naturally, she won't leave if Ange doesn't take the flower.
Isn't that just a given?
(Just take the damn plant)]

Then again, if the alternative is standing here and putting up with Morgan, then who knows what's the worse option here. It feels like she loses no matter what when it comes to all social interactions with this girl, so Ange slowly holds out her hand.
That's admitting defeat, but whatever, her pride can suck it up. It's called self-preservation. ]
Just give it here.
[ rip ange... ]

[She shoves the plant into Ange's hand, grinning brightly. And then, as can be expected, she just turns on her heel to go, waving at Ange brightly.]
Don't forget to water it eeeevery day, okay? You can't kill a symbol of our friendship! [that's not an invitation.]
Byeeee!
[Look at what you've signed up for, Ange.
Now you have a plant too.]

It's not until Morgan is fully gone that her gaze drops towards the flower.
.. she sure knows how to make it sound tempting, huh. It's almost like she gave her the best way to just express her frustration in the form of violence onto something that she won't feel guilty for killing.
But then again, who is she kidding?
Turning back into the apartment and closing the door, Ange drops the bowl with the flower in it on the table next to the rock. ]
