Heh- it's kinda weird.... he leaves and comes back without an arm. I bet if I left I'd come back without one too... Minatsuki told me I lose an arm after all.
[....she sounds kind of pouty about that. Well, Ange you do care! He shrugs, looking over at her and placing a hand on her head for a moment before retracting it again.]
I'm not goin' anywhere- I like it here after all. It's just as crazy as prison, but I'm not getting poison pumped into me all the time! Buahaha!
[ She totally does care, okay. Senji's one of the people closest to her, why wouldn't she care.. she just doesn't admit it out loud as much, maybe that's why she doesn't say anything about the hand either. ]
Then we'll be seeing each other around here for quite a bit. I don't really have anywhere to go to begin with, considering I'm dead and all.
At least I don't have the kind of laughter that could cause avalanches. [ not really insulting him, judging by her tone.. she's just being playful in her own deadpan way. ]
[ it's a good thing she's used to talking about her dead family by now, so she doesn't really mind the bluntness.. ]
She was the only one who survived the incident and so she was the one who took care of me since my parents were dead. But she pretty much just hated me, so that only made things worse.
I guess she grew bitter from losing her husband and son in the incident. And I was pretty upset about losing my own family too, so I guess that since I was only six and didn't understand, I didn't exactly treat her warmly at the start either.. and it just went downhill from there, to a point where she could only hit me and insult me, even in front of other people. [ her voice does grow softer and softer the more she talks, to a point where it almost trails off. ]
At those kinds of words Senji gets a little awkward here, he didn't want to hear about how she got beat or anything. He reaches out and pats her on the head before taking his hand back.]
That old cow sounds like she deserves an early grave.

[ There might be something veeery remotely huffy about it - she doesn't really want him to leave, as selfish as it is, but.. ]

[ except ange just sounds utterly ridiculous when she tries to imitate senji's kind of voice and laughter, since it's so different from her own.. ]

What? Don't like it?

I've never been skiing before either... [THAT WOULD BE SO DEAD CENTER.]

Me neither. Not that it ever particularly interested me either way, although it might've been nice to be away from my aunt for a bit..

[...he's trying to remember if she ever talked about her.]
I thought your family was dead? [NOT BLUNT AT ALL.]

How come she hated you? You were the only one left... [she should have loved Ange even more.]

.. In fact, I was the one who killed her. [ sort of. the second time around, at least. ]

Buahaha! Good job, seriously!

[ but she means it in a good way, or at least.. it means she does understand him at least a little. ]
I don't think anyone else would ever congratulate me on that, but.. thanks, I guess.
